On February, 11th, 2009 HealthDataPSO was officially listed by the US Department of Health and Human Services as a federal Patient Safety Organization under the Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Act of 2005.
HealthDataPSO is a component agency under Medical Error Management, LLC and CCD Health Systems is a Technology Partner, providing our incident reporting engine. CCD has also taken a lead role in configuring the application to be compliant with AHRQ's common data format and we host the website and event reporting database.
