Product Overview

CCD’s products all support the accurate recording, management and resolution of incidents, unusual events and complaints across various industry sectors.

Although each product on the left is tailored for a specific industry, the foundation is built upon CCD's Enterprise-class incident reporting application. Data collection forms as well as the workflow rules are all customizable to adapt the product for your exact requirements. 

Each system is comprised of two modules. The set-up module is a Windows® application that is used to define the workflow and data collection requirements for your incident categories and types. The user module is a browser-based application that supports the recording, reviewing and management of adverse events.

Each type of incident can be configured to follow a unique workflow process (i.e. medication incidents in hospitals can be handled differently than security related incidents). Likewise all questions are tailored based on the type of incident, where it happened, the severity, and whether the incident is considered confidential.

Using the Configuration Utility, any number of questions, alternatives, codes, departments, incident types, and phases can be created without having to contact CCD.

The sophisticated security system exceeds privacy protection legislation by restricting access based on incident types, departments, phases and severity. Audit files continuously monitor changes and the security system tracks all unauthorized access.

All of our products fully support multiple site locations both in terms of facility-based data collection elements as well as reporting on a hierarchical and functional basis.

Products include an extensive set of features and functions that make incident reporting and management intuitive for users while allowing complete customization without programming. Our systems will support both ‘anonymous’ report creation and ‘identity reporting’, which requires the users to log in before they can create an event.  Other features include:
