2. Each department manager will receive individual sign-on accounts so that they may manage the events for their department

3. Department managers can also follow-up on events, update resolution status and perform advanced reporting tasks

4. Cities can analyze and report on events occuring throughout the municipality

6. Cities can receive notifications of unresolved issues

The annual cost for the Premium Service Package is based on the population of the city or municipality.
