Education Credits for RCA & FMEA

Each RCA & FMEA webinar is approved for a total of 1.0 contact hours each of Continuing Education Credit by NAHQ (approval pending as of Dec. 15), toward the fulfillment of the requirements of ASHRM designations of FASHRM (Fellow) and DFASHRM (Distinguished Fellow), CPHRM renewal and CPHQ recertification by the HQCB.

Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nurses (CBRN), Provider No. 14363 for 1.0 contact hours per webinar. These contact hours transfer to over 45 states in the U.S. Check with your State Board to confirm acceptance toward your nursing license.
